Recipe's preparation

This is a low carb clone of the salad dressing served at Olive Garden Restaurants.
  1. Put cheese in Closed lid"Closed lid" and grate 10 seconds/speed 10.  Set aside.

Put garlic in Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop for 3 seconds/speed 7.  Scrape down bowl.

Add in the rest of the ingredients.  Combine for 20 seconds/speed 8.  Scrape down bowl.

Add in grated cheese.  Mix for 5 seconds/speed 2.

Tip

Serve over salad (Olive Garden Salad includes lettuce, onion, olives, banana peppers and tomato).Sprinkle salad with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper. You can thicken the dressing with a low carb thickener but I don't mind it thin, it still tastes great.

You can use any sweetener instead of Splenda to equal 2 tbsp sugar.

Not a bad copy of the original.

i will probably cut back  the vinegar  bit next time. However I did make my own Mayo in the Thermie and it was not like what the americans would  as they like more sweet Mayo. Using non whole egg mayo would probably calm it down a little.

    Grear find, thanks tmrc_emoticons.)
