I made this and it was delicious! However I did substitute the sugar for monk fruit sweetener and after maybe 5 days in the fridge the jam went crunchy almost, like the sweetener had crystallised maybe. Going to make it again with raw sugar at a lesser quantity and see how it goes this time 😀
Frozen mixed berries from the supermarket freezer, makes the most delicious jam using this foolproof method. You will never buy jam again!

This is my go to jam - absolutely delish. I usually add 1-2 tsp of vanilla essence aswell. I gift this often with scones and whipped cream and everyone raves about the jam.
So quick! Very very delicious! Thank you.

Thankyou
Yummy recipe. Increased to 500 g ( 4 punnets) and about 350 of sugar.
Added vanilla and 2 mins on varoma
will be making more for family
Delicious! I make with frozen raspberries and raw sugar and will never buy from supermarket again. Thank you for sharing!
Made with frozen raspberries. Completely runny at 20 mins so I added 10 mins cooking. Still runny but poured it into jars anyway. Thought it failed but it set as it cooled. Will cut the sugar in half next time and might add some apple for pectin as I prefer thicker set. Much nicer than shop bought. Made 1.5 of the small Moccona jars worth of jam.
Made with half fresh and frozen raspberries, it was delicious!
Love this jam, so quick, easy and delicious
