- 1/ put chicken and veggie chunks in to the basket with 1.5 litres of water and stock paste.
2/ cook 15 minutes 100c speed 2
3/empty bowl and reserve stock,
4/chop chicken and veggies 5sec speed 4 longer if required
5/ add reserved stock, and herbs
6/ cook 20 min 120c reverse speed 1
7/ add noodles, salt, pepper and cook 5 min 100c reverse speed 1
Tip
If you prefer smaller chopped veg chop for a further 5 seconds.
Make sure you have clicked reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" so that it doesn't chop anymore.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
