I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add peeled onion and garlic to bowl, chop 3 seconds, speed 6
scrape down, add splash olive oil, cook 3 mins, 100, speed 1
add vegetables (this one had carrot, cauliflower, celery, potato, silver beet, zucchini). Chop 3 seconds, speed 5.
add water, curry powder, stock paste.
cook 20 mins, 100, speed 1
Tip
700g vegetables is a guide, if you only have 600g, then only use 600g water. Weight of vegetables and water should be the same.
if you want a smooth, creamy soup, blend for 1 minute, slowly increasing speed to 8, after cooking.

This is a delicious soup. I used 2 carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, celery and potato and half a bag of spinach leaves that were hanging around in the vegetable drawer. (The spinach leaves did seem to give it a green tinge!). Will certainly make again
I like this recipe very much
Hi, one yummy and hearty soup, Thanks for posting the recipe. I forgot to blend the vegies at the start, so 'zapped' them on speed 3 at the end for a few seconds. Still chunky, but easy to eat. I put freshly ground pepper in it to serve as it needed a little kick.
delicious
So glad I tried this!
Great soup on a cold wet day.
Great easy recipe. The water to veg ratio is perfect.
Delicious. Used 500g fresh veggies (potato, celery and carrot) and 200g frozen veggies because that was all I had. Blended to a smooth, creamy consistency.
