- 2 Avocados, very ripe (remove skin and stone)
- 250 g cream cheese, eg, Philly
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 stalks mint, leaves only
- black pepper, to taste

Place garlic and mint into mixing bowl, and chop 3sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients, and mix 20 sec/speed4-5, or until desired consistency is achieved, ensuring all cream cheese is incorporated.
Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
Tip
Adjust flavourings to taste - feel free to add more lemon juice or garlic!

Add sweet Chilli sauce
Omg, so yummy and easy to make, didn't have any mint in the garden like I thought I did, so I used spring onions instead, delish, mmm thanks for the recipe
Delicious, thanks! Added salt and some sweet chillI sauce for extra flavour.
Dip was good, I added half a chilli and some chilli sauce instead of mint. the avacado held its green colour.
