- 15 g almonds
- 35 g brown rice
- 25 g Linseeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 25 g dessicated coconut
- 400 g bakers flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon yeast dry
- 30 g Evoo
- 300 g water

1. Place almonds, rice, coconut, linseeds, chia seeds, into mixing bowl. Mill 20 seconds/speed 9. Set aside.
2. In this order place, water, yeast, flour, oil and salt into mixing bowl then add set aside flour. Mix 10 seconds/speed 6.
3. Knead 2 minutes/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode"
4. Place in a warm place for at least 30 minutes to rise or until doubled in size.
5. When risen, place into bread tin and in a cold oven. Cook 25 minutes 200 degrees.
Tip
This bread is so tasty you don't need to put anything on it. Just eat it on it's own, but feel free to add whatever you like
Bread is cooked when you can tap the top and it sounds hollow.

Comments
This dough is much more 'batter' than normal dough so a bit wetter. If you want it dryer then just reduce the water to about 290g.
