- 250 grams plain flour
- 25 grams sesame seeds, white or black
- 2 stalks fresh rosemary, stripped
- 1 level tsp salt
- 1 heaped tsp dried instant yeast
- Cracked Pepper to taste
- 40 grams olive oil
- 120 grams warm water

- weigh in 250g plain flour
- weigh in 25g sesame seeds
- add 1tsp salt
- add 1tsp dried instant yeast
- add fresh rosemary leaves
- add cracked pepper
- mix 5 sec speed 6
- add 120g warm water
- add 40g olive oil
- mix 5 sec speed 6
- Scrape down sides
- "Dough mode" for one and a half minutes
- turn out onto a silicon mat, shape into a log, wrap in the mat and rest for 30 mins
- break off a small portion and roll with the aid of a pasta roller from setting 1 through each count to setting 5
- repeat this process and lay each piece on a bake tray, sprinkle with salt, they can be close together as they do not spread.
- bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees, flip them over and give them one more minute to dry out the under side
- cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. They keep for a long time.
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
