- 50 g Baileys
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 20 g Butter
- 100 g sweetened condensed milk
- 100 g shortbread biscuits, broken
- 50 g pistachio nuts
- 100 g mini marshmellows
- extra white choc for decoration

Grease and line a 19x29cm slice pan, ensuring enough over hang for easy removal
Chop chocolate 5secs/sp7
Add Baileys, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Melt 2min/60°/sp2
Add shortbread, nuts and marshmellows, mix until just combined 10-15secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp1-2
Put into pan and refrigerate until firm.
Drizzle with extra melted white chocolate if you wish, and then cut into squares.

This turned out really well for me. Strong taste of Baileys, not for the faint hearted (luckily I like it that way!!).
This one tastes nice, however i dont find it very "fudge like" in future i will probably follow a baileys fudge recipe and put the chocolate and other ingredients in at the end.. Mine ended up still being very gooey even after being in the fridge to set for the last day..
. I didn't use Baileys as small children were staring me down to lick the bowl and we added cherries instead of biscuits. Yum!
