- 30 g Gelatin powder, Grass fed
- 180 g water
- 150 g Frozen Mixed Berries
- 220 g Cashew Milk, Or other milk alt
- 20 g collagen powder, optional

- 1. Place gelatin and water into mixing bowl
2. Select "Warm Up" function and heat to 65 degree
3. Add frozen berries and milk and start "Warm Up" function again heating to 65deg
4. Use "Blend" mode to blend for 30secs speed 6.5
5. Pour mixture into chosen silicone moulds, placed on a baking tray
6. Place into the fridge for 3-4hours or until set.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
