Ingredients
Coffee streusel
- 50 grams Butter
- 90 grams brown sugar
- 420 grams Plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup of chopped nuts, (Walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 cup of sultanas, (If desired)
- 420 grams Self Raising Flour
- 2 eggs
Topping
- 100 grams Butter
- 90 grams Brawn sugar, (To taste)
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup of walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven at 180oC ( 160oC fan )
- Blend: self raising flour, cinnamon and nuts. Sp 3 for 7 sec., set aside.
- Place: butter, sugar, eggs and yogurt in the TM bowl and combine.
Sp 4 for 10 sec.
- Add the dry mix and combine for 1 minute on sp. 4.
- Spoon mixture into the muffins cups, almost to the top. Spoon the topping mixture over the top of each,lightly pressing down.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes

Tip
Also makes a great cake.
- Gluten free: gluten free self raising flour.
- Dairy free: dairy free yogurt.
