- 1 tablespoon cocoa, (Optional)

Tip
I use Organ Buckwheat pancake mix from the health food isle at Coles. You could make your own but the buckwheat flavour will be stronger and you'll also need to add 1tsp of Baking powder.

Mine turned out a little dry & bland.... Might try adding a banana next time ☺️
A tasty and healthier alternative to the usual sugar & flour-filled American pancake version...slightly bland though, I guess it just takes a bit of getting used to.
Thanks for the recipe. I used water as it already has so many almonds. Very tasty. Added a bit of extra baking powder.

used two bananas in step 2 and used kefir instead of milk kids declared them awsome
