- 350g warm water
- 2tsp dried yeast
- 1tsp bread improver
- 2tsp salt
- 400g bakers flour
- 20g olive oil
- 100g assorted seeds, flax/sunflower/sesame/poppy

grind buckwheat 10secs/speed 9
add water yeast
flollowed by rest ingrediants except seeds
mix 3secs speed 7
then set interval speed for 5mins look through lid if dough looks wet add litttle more flour through lid till dough comes away from sides i add seeds in last min through hole in lid
wrap dough in mat or put into bowl and cover with cloth let double in size depending on weather can take and hour
knock down or bash till flat then roll into shape you want i like free form more crust or place in tin,leave for another 1/2 to an hour then bake in hot oven for 20mins keep eye on it should feel hollow when you tap it
