  • .180 grams Warm water.

  • 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Place Flour, Yeast, Castor sugar, salt, baking powder in TMX bowl & Mill 30sec/speed 8 then put warm water, melt butter Knead 2 min Closed lid"Closed lid" /Dough mode"Dough mode" if too wet knead few min more, if too dry pour little warm water see it very smooth ball put dough in warm bowl let it rest for 1 hour, divide the balls into 8 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, & flatten into a disc, let them rest while the oven pre-heat to 200C deg, place 4 pitas one a baking sheet bake it for about less then 9 min see if light brown enough to cook Pita will be light golden in color, & puffed when ready, cool before removing from the baking sheets

    had some trouble with this recipie, did not come out like true pita with the pocket in the middle. Was more like flat bread or naan. Maybe i will try it again later or look around for another recipie
