- 10 grams dry yeast
- 1.5 tsp olive oil
- 300 gram Luke Warm Water
- bunches various herbs (basil, oregano) optional

If you have chosen to use herbs put them in the Thermomix bowl and chop them for 10 seconds on 8. Scrape down and repeat for however long required to get the size that you wish.
Place all ingrediants in the bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speed 6, or until nicely combined.
Knead ingrediants for two minutes.

This dough may be very sticky.
