- 180 grams raw sugar
- 700 grams ice
- 200ml strong expesso coffee
- water
- coffee beans extra

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place sugar in TM bowl and mill on for 15 seconds on speed 9
Add 350gm ice and blend quickly together for 20 seconds on speed 9
Add remaining ice and coffee and blend for 1 minute on speed 9-10 adding extra water if necessary
Serve in cocktail glass with coffee bean on top.

Mine separated quickly and was runny. More like an iced coffee drink.
Nice flavour. Mine also separated quite quickly and I used cold espresso. Maybe it was due to the 37C heat !
This is the first thing I have made. Tastes good but separated quite quickly. Think I made the mistake of putting hot espresso in. Other than that any suggestions?
