Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. add the 3 base ingredients into TM bowl and press 'Turbo' button 3-4 times for 1 sec each time. Transfer mixture into a lined baking tin (20x20cm works well, but even a lamington tin will do). The mixture doesn't have to fill out the whole tin, just decide how thick/thin you want the base to be and use the back of your MC to push the mixture into the lined tin.

  2. Brownie base
  3. add all Brownie topping ingredients into TM bowl and mix on speed 4-5 for 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula and mix for another few seconds. Spread the topping onto the base using your spatula

Tip

Keep the finished product in the freezer, it is delicious for many days that way as the avocado won't go brown. I adapted this recipe from the 'rawfood' webpage. You will love this recipe even if you are not into gluten/sugar/dairy free stuff!

Loved this, and so did my fiance who is often skeptical of the "sugar free" treats! It worked best for me after being frozen. So should be made at least an hour ahead of time.

I would also consider doubling the quantities tmrc_emoticons.-)

Hi Maggi, well I think that you couldn't tell if/that the avocado went brown, however, it really does taste nicer really cold, that's why I suggest to keep in in the freezer.

Yummy just made it & my new spatular worked like a dream. Makes too much icing but at least it is healthy to eat.

Would it matter if the avocado went brown? would anyone notice?
