Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1.

    1.     Line an 8x8 baking dish with baking paper.

    2.     Place all brownie layer ingredients into TM bowl and mix on speed 6-7 for 20 secs or until you achieve a crumbly-mixed consistency. Then pour mixture into baking dish. Press firm using hands and evenly spread over area.

    3.     Rinse TM bowl and no need to dry. Place all pecan pie ingredients in TM bowl and mix on speed 7-8 for 30 secs and scrape down sides. Repeat. Your mixture should be a smooth consistency.

    4.     Layer mixture on top of the brownie bottom and spread evenly.

    5.     Rinse bowl.

    6.     Place all chocolate topping ingredients into TM bowl and mix on speed 8-9 for 30 secs. Scrape down sides and repeat until it blends completely smooth.

    7.     Dollop and gently spread chocolate topping over the pecan pie layer.

    8.     Cover with glad wrap and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours (overnight is fine).

    9.     Remove from freezer and cut into squares.

    10.   Top squares caramel sauce. Mix equal quantities, depending on how much you need. Heat for 1-2 mins, 50C on speed 1. Check for desired consistency. You want it to be runny.

    11.  Serve.

Tip

These must be stored in the freezer.
