- 4 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 tablespoons Coconut bran
- 1 tablespoon Chai Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- 30 grams Desiccated Coconut

Place the walnuts in the bowl and mill 5-10 sec/speed 7. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix 10-20 sec/speed 5.
Put the mixture in a bowl and roll into heaped teaspoons. Roll the balls into the designated coconut.
Refrigerate until set or ready to use.
Tip
You can add some fruits such as sultanas, Goji berries, dates etc or some peanut butter for a more nutty taste.
