- 1/3 cup of slivered almonds
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 level teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/4 cup of fresh parley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

Add almonds to bowl and chop 5 seconds speed 5 - set aside
Add onion and garlic and parsley to bowl and chop 5 seconds, speed 6
Add the rest of ingredients - mix 30 seconds, speed 4, reverse
On a large piece of cling wrap place mixture and shape into a log - fold cling wrap and seal well
Place 2 egg rings in the base of the varoma and sit the loaf on top
Add one litre of water to the bowl no need to wash it
cook 30 minutes Varoma speed 4
Remove loaf and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing
Tip
You may wish to place carrots around the loaf - do this at 15 minutes
