Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop 3sec / speed 7
Add oil and saute 5min / 120deg / speed 1

Make sure chicken is cooked and set aside with vegies.
Add curry powder and garlic powder to cauliflower and blend 1 min /speed 5 gradually increasing to 9
Place chicken, broccoli and carrots into baking dish. Add peas and pour over the cauliflower sauce, stir and top with grated cheese.
Bake in oven for 15-20 min until cheese is golden. Use griller to help brown cheese if necessary.
Enjoy and remember to come back and rate the recipe.
Tip
I transfer into 2 oven dishes and bake one and freeze the other for an easy dinner later on.
This can easily be converted to a paleo recipe by omitting the peas and cheese and simply sprinkling paprika over the top before baking for a little colour.
Recipe works for TM31 as well.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I love this recipe. I never have enough room on the varoma tray so I put the chicken in the simmering basket inside the bowl when I do the streaming step. This works better for me, and the veges and chicken both cooked to my liking. Thanks for the recipe.
Wasnt a fan but still got eaten. Seemed to lack something.
The most delicious chicken recipe I have made in the thermie.
Made this for dinner and just swapped the coconut milk for almond. Absolutely delicious. I love the cauliflower sauce, 😋👌. Definitely a CV keeper recipe, thank you 🌸
What is 3 frozen peas, cup? Surely not 3 cups of peas? Sorry but I'm very literal 😞
Super yummy. The kids and hubby demolished it! Served it over pasta for the kiddos
Omg, this is the first ever TM5 meal I have cooked (after buying a 2nd hand TM from a friend) it's delicious easy and tastes awesome reheated. Will definitely cook again.
Thanks so much for this easy, yummy and flexible recipe. We didn't have enough cauliflower, so used half cauliflower, half sweet potato instead. Also used a mix of frozen veg and fresh and leftover cooked shredded chicken. I dare say leftover roast chook woud work too. 5 stars!
Sensational! Can just use any vegies you have on hand. Could also stir thru some cooked pasta or rice.
Delish!😋
Absolutely delicious, easy recipe to enjoy. I'll definitely be making this often. Everyone should make sure they try this at least once.
