- 1 Red capsicum
- 1-4 green chillies, fresh
- 1 heaped tsp red chilli powder or flakes
- 2 heaped tablespoons tomato puree
- 5 clove garlic
- 1 heaped tablespoons Cumin Powder
- 1 heaped tablespoons dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 heaped tablespoons Mango Chutney
- 1 bunch chopped corriander
- 400 grams curry stock, see my other recipes
- salt and pepper to taste

1. add chillies and garlic 10sec/sp5
2. add onion and capsicum 4 secs/sp5 ( onions and capsicum should be chunky)
3.add oil 3mins/110/"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation"
4.add tomato puree, cumin, fenugreek, chilli powder and mango chutney 5secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" sp1 to combine
5. add chicken and curry stock sauce 5secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" 3
6. cook 15mins/60/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" or until chicken is cooked through

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).
