Really Yummy. I didn't have mushrooms, so subbed some yellow and green capsicum. Was really yum, even my fussy eater was happy thanks!
Easy to make- turned out awesome- added extra cheese and put in oven for a bit longer.
Makes a large serving. So enough for 6 people.
This dish has been a family favourite since my children were very young. Tonight I made it in the TM for the first time & it was much quicker & just as tasty. I omitted the mushrooms (personal preference) & added red capsicum. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe

Have just had this for dinner, very yummy , added to my recipes.. thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing your recipe - it is absolutely delicious! It makes a huge amount, enough for 2 meals for my family of 4. I only used 2 chicken breast and still found there was enough. 5 stars - yum!
I made this tonight and the whole family loved it, very tasty. After reading the comments i chopped the zucchini first, put it in muslin and squeezed out the extra moisture, worked a treat. Added a bit of extra cheese as my family love cheese. Thanks so much for the recipe, will become a regular way of hiding veges.
Easy to make and tasty too, teenage kids wanted to eat it all in one sitting. There was enough for 3 of us and 'leftover' meal each too
