- 2 sheet flaky puff pastry

Allow pastry time to defrost (or make EDC pastry).
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add 1000 grams of water to bowl, 20 grams oil and teaspoon of salt.
Measure rice in simmering basket. Cook 16 mins/100 degrees/Speed 3.
Remove simmering basket (allow rice to cool) and rinse bowl.
Chop apple and onion in bowl 3 seconds/speed 7.
Add parsley, salt, pepper, curry powder, egg, sausage meat and rice to bowl. 20 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 3 (or until well mixed).
Lay out sheets of pastry and put half mixture on both.
Roll up and place on lined oven tray. Partially cut each roll into 8 pieces.
Dust with milk and sprinkle parmesan cheese and sesame seeds on top.
Cook in oven for about 40 minutes (or until golden brown on top and cooked in the middle).
Tip
You could definitely load more veges into this! Add carrot and Zuchinni with the apple and onion.
