Ingredients
Mince
- 350-500 g Beef, cut into cubes & par frozen
Sauce
- 350 g tomatoes, halved
- 100 g Capsicum
- 40 g olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- fresh basil leaves, to taste
- 20 g TM Vege Stock Paste
- Whole Black Peppercorns, to taste
- 50-80 g tomato paste, or to taste

Place beef into bowl and process 8-12 seconds speed 6
Place mince into TM basket.
Place all ingredients onto bowl and blend for 1 minute speed 10
Add basket (with mince inside) to bowl,
so sauce is under basket of mince,
and cook for 20-30 mins Varoma Speed 2.
Once done, remove basket and add cooked mince to sauce in bowl.
Add tomato paste and mix to combine on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1-2 for minute.
Serve with cooked pasta

Tip
Once cooked place mixture into Thermoserver and clean bowl. Then cook pasta as per EDC.
Serve together, topped with freshly grated parmesan
