- 750 grams of lean minced pork
- 95 grams of dried breadcrumbs
- 1 level teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
- 1 level teaspoon of smokey paprika
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 heaped teaspoon of grated lemon zest
- sauce
- 2 heaped tablespoons of butter/margarine
- 300 grams of sour cream
- 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Add onion to bowl and chop, 6 seconds, speed 6, scrape down bowl
Add mince, dried bread crumbs, mixed herbs, paprika, egg and lemon zest - blend 6 seconds, speed 6 - with spatula lift some of the bottom mixture to the top and repeat.
Put mixture onto a plate/bowl and roll heaped tablespoons into a ball, placing them in the Varoma trays as you go -- approx 24 meat balls
With out washing the bowl add one litre of water, place lid on bowl and then Varoma - cook 30 minutes, Varoma, speed 4
Place meatballs in thermosaver to keep warm
SAUCE
Rinse the bowl and add the butter/margarine and sour cream, cook 10mins, 90 degrees, speed 1 - stir through parsley and serve with meat balls
NOTE Depending on the sour cream - if your sauce is a little thick you can thin with a little milk
Tip
Serve with steamed rice, or pasta ribbons
Also delicious with cranberry sauce served on the side
