Tuscan Breadcrumbed Lamb Cutlets

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalk rosemary
  • 10 g rock salt, - can be reduced to your liking
  • 16 lamb cutlets, trimmed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • plain flour
  • stale bread / bread rolls, 1/2 a loaf of bread, or 4-6 bread rolls

    Tuscan Breadcrumbed Lamb Cutlets
  1. Method

     

    Add Garlic & rosemary to the TM bowl, 10 seconds on speed 8

     

    Add salt and mix for 10 seconds on speed 8

     

    Add bread and blitz on Turbo until the bread crumbs are the size you like, one turbo for 4 seconds will give you chunky bread crumbs, repeating turbo will give you a finer consistency.

     

    To crumb the cutlets, dip in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs.

     

    Pan fry until golden brown.

     

    Serve with your choice of salad or vegetables.

     

    Enjoy!!
