Ingredients
- 10 g garlic infused oil, (or any preferred oil)
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 300 g chicken thigh (chopped 2cm pieces), (Can use breast but can get a little dry).
- 2 cm Piece of Ginger (fresh)
- 1 onion, (halved)
- 1 tomato, (halved)
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
- mixed vegetables

1. Chop onion, garlic and ginger on spd 7 for 3 secs.
2. Saute for 5 mins, 100C, spd 1 and remove MC.
3. Add tomato and chop on spd 6 for 5 secs.
4. Saute 5 mins, 100C, spd 1 and replace MC.
5. Add spices and chicken into bowl. Place vegetables into basket. If the vegetables are frozen, wash them under cool water to remove ice and drain before adding to the bow. Place lid and cook on Reverse, 100C, spd 1 for 15 mins.
6. Remove basket with vegetables and set aside to drain.
7. Serve.

* Try the mixture at 10 minute mark incase you prefer to add extra amounts of the spices.

Oops! Thanks for picking up my error. I have amended the recipe with the required amount of chicken. The recipe can be doubled to feed more if need be. You can add a little bit of water for sure if you prefer. I wouldn't add too much though. A 1/4 cup would be sufficient. But thats personal preference.
