- 20 grams coconut oil
- 10 grams cornflour
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 grams Curry Powder or Garam Masala
- 600 grams Chicken thighs or breast
- 2 small sweet potato
- 80 grams red lentils
- 400 mls of Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Concentrate (EDC)
- 250 mls water
- 175 grams frozen peas

Place Garlic and Onion in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/ Speed 7
Add Coconut Oil, Curry Powder and Cornflour mixed with 50ml of water to the jug. Saute 3 min/ Varoma/ Speed 1
Add Coconut Milk, Water, Vege Stock Concentrate, Lentils and Sweet Potato cut into small cubes into the jug. Cook 10 mins/ 100 degrees/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1
Add Chicken and cook 10 mins/ 100 Degrees/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1
Add Peas and cook 6 mins/100 degrees/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1
Serve with cooked rice

I'm sorry but this dish didn't work for me. 5 grams of garam masala was way too much and very artificial/powdery tasting in the dish. It's all I could taste. "Closed lid"
Very yummy. Family loved it. I didn't have sweet potato so I used pumpki. If you want a thicker sauce, maybe add more cornflour? Will cook this again. Thanks for the recipe!
