- 1 teaspoon ground corriander
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (400g)
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Put onion, cummin, corriander, chilli flakes, salt in TM Bowl, chop 3 seconds/ speed 7, scrape down bowl
Saute 2 min / 100C / speed 1
Add tomatos and beans, cook 5 min / 100C / reverse / speed 1
Add balsamic vinegar and cook 2 min / 100C / reverse / speed 1
Serve with toast.

Followed the recipe exactly but didn't work not sure what I did wrong couldnt eat them
Oh my!! These are so yumm! I had them for brekky over the top of some boiled spuds and with cheese melted on top - mmm! I also made a variant and threw in a few vegies I had leftover in the fridge - capsicum, tomatoes, zucchinis.... This recipe has been written into my recipe book
Yummy!! We have loved these for breakfast and I also used leftovers for a veggie nachos. They get even better the next day when the flavours have gone through. Delish
