Tip
This recipe adapted from Dr Libby's Real Food Kitchen Cookbook, except she uses maple syprup as a sweetner.
Recommend making this the night before and leaving to set overnight. Will be ready to eat in the morning.
Try different levels of honey to get the sweetness you like.

Fantastic recipe. I used rice malt instead of honey (10m old eating it) and blitzed chia seeds as per comments. Delicious!
thanks for the recipe. we all enjoyed it very much. i inadvertently added the chia seeds in with all the other ingredients and it all got blitzed at speed 10. the plus side was that it set almost immediately and we were able to enjoy it straightaway
Great chia pudding recipe, so much cheaper than store bought. Like topping it with blueberries.
This is very easy and delicious. I used rice malt syrup and a splash of maple syrup. Ate it in the morning with a couple of slices of banana, strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. So yum. My kids really enjoyed it too. Im akways looking for quick and delicious no carb breakies so this will be a nice change from eggs 😃
SO easy to make and tasty alternative to porridge.
Delicious and nutritious. I used rice malt syrup as a sweetener and a combination of cashews, almonds and macadamias.
Very versatile and perfect for my breakfasts on the run.
Really lovely taste and texture. I excluded all sweetener and it was still yummy. I will probably add a little more liquid next time.
Yum! this is my new brekfast of choice, had it with Mango, just divine
Delicious. Raving about your recipe. This is my favourite breakfast. Hubby and I are both enjoying. Thank you for sharing.
