If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Hi, I made this recently, The taste was good, but I needed to cook it for nearly double the time to get the sweet potato soft enough. We had left-overs, so I added some cauliflower and broccoli to 'stretch it' a bit further, delicious! Thank you.

This was a big hit in my house, particularly as I find it hard to please everyone from a fussy teenager to my elderly mum. Hubby really enjoyed it... however the fussy teen doesn’t like sweet potato or pumpkin, so I will be looking at a substitute (for her only!)... I personally could have had it a little more heated will leave some chilli seeds in next time).
    A keeper! Delicious, thank you!

We enjoyed this, it was quick and easy and used up some of the excess sweet potato we had on on hand.

Great recipe, thanks! For a healthy option, I substituted soy milk for the coconut milk and it tastes great!
