Tofu Scramble
Tip
My favourite way to enjoy this dish is served with a side of steamed vegetables topped with some homemade salad sprinkles for added nutrients, and some raw kim chi or sauerkraut (I like Peace Love & Vegetables Byron Bay Kim Chi).
It is also fabulous as a breakfast dish served on gluten free toast.

I have tried a few TM tofu scramble recipe but this one is the best. I like the curry flavour and peas. Will be making it again. Thanks 😊
We loved this dish, thank you for sharing it. The only adaptation we would make is to reduce the amount of soy sauce as it was a little too salty but apart from that, delicious! x
This was delicious. My husband and I (both meat eaters) agreed to make it part of our weekly meal plan. I added a tomato and red capsicum.
Made this for dinner tonight, unanimous thumbs even from a non tofu loving dinner guest. Great recipe!
Really nice recipe, will be making this regularly.
Absolutely scrumptious!!! We enjoyed this dish with Kale Salad , what an amazing meal! Thank you for sharing!

This is sooooo delicious! And what a stroke of genius "grating" the tofu by putting it in reverse!
