  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp ground paprika
  • 1tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 green capsicum
  • 1 can tin of cannellini beans, 425g
  • 1 can Tin Tomatos, 425g
  • 25g feta
  • basil to taste

Recipe's preparation

    chilli
  1. chop onions/garlic 3sec/speed 7 scrape down add  1 tsp oilive oil and cook 2mins /veroma/speed 2

    add spices and cook further 1min/100/speed 2

    add tomato/capsicum and cook 10min/100/rev/speed soft

    add beans cook 2mins/100/rev/speed soft

    serve topped with half feta and basil

    I enjoyed this, though I didn't have chilli flakes, I used chilli powder and added a tablespoon of tomato paste, I'd really recommend adding the tomato paste, it gave it a much more pleasant flavour.. I used too much chilli powder, it was scorching and just tolerable.. I will look around for other bean recipes but I dare say I'll be back for this one tmrc_emoticons.)
