- 1 carrot
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1tsp cumn seeds
- 1tsp Mustard seeds
- 3cloves garlic
- 3cm ginger
- 1large onion
- 30g Rice Bran Oil
- 1tsp garam masala
- 10g tumeric powder
- 1 Chilli to taste
- 400g vegetable stock
- 400g coconut cream
- 230g red lentils
- 350g tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 package english spinich
- salt and pepper to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
place carrot and 1/2 the bunch coriander in TM Bowl and grate 5 seconds speed 7
remove to another bowl.
Place cumin and mustard seeds into TM bowl and mill for 15seconds on speed 8.
Add garlic,ginger, chilli and onion and chop or 5 seconds on speed 7. Scraped down sides with spatula.
Add oil and carrot and coriander and saute for 2-3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
Add garam masala,tumeric,and saute again for 2 minutes 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add Stock, coconut cream, lentils and tomatoes and cook for 15min at 100 degrees on speed 1.
Add Lime juice, spinich and the rest of chopped coriander and cook until wilted.
Add cooked adjuki beans for an extra protein if you wish
.

Tip
serve with Naan bread and natural yogurt. extra lime wedge and coriander on the side.
