Made today, halved the recipe and came out perfect, will definitely make again 👍🏼
Delicious. I added half a brown onion with garlic and 50g wine at saute. Finely chopped zucchini instead of peas and baby spinach in thermoserver before resting.
This was so yummy and easy!
I added some chilli and used 2 Tablesoons of coconut cream soured with a tsp white vinegar instead of sourcream and used nuttelex to keep it dairy free. Will definitely be making this again!
I too halved the recipe to feed the two of us and it was delicious. Thank you for a great recipe
Oh my goodness, comfort food at its best Thoroughly enjoyed this. Halved the recipe for 2. Added some white wine with the stock and Parmesan cheese with a small knob of butter and chopped parsley into the thermoserver. Thanks for a great recipe, definitely up there with the classic BCB Mushroom Risotto!!!

Nice and easy. Switched peas for broccoli and spinach. Thanks
I would like to know when you add the Parmesan back into the TM. You don't say! Ridiculous omission.
Other than that the flavour was good but I had to overcook the prawns when I realised that the Parmesan was sitting on the bench!

YUM! I found it a bit salty from the stock. So might reduce it next time. Everyone went back for seconds.
