- 300g red capsicum, roasted & skin removed & diced
- 250g Brown Sugar.
- 25g hot chilli sauce, (or use Rachel's chilli sauce recipe)
- 80g Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water

Place all ingredients into the TM bowl, Cook 20 mins Varoma "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1, with MC off & rice basket on top to let out steam. When the sauce has reduced & thicken it is ready. Serve as shown over cream cheese with crackers.
