I have never made Lemon Curd before, our lemon tree is bursting with lemons. This recipe is really easy and very yummy. Thank you.
Absolutely delicious! Made 1 large jam jar with a couple of tblspns left over to taste test 😋.
Thank you for this recipe. Had leftover yolks from making pavlova so tried this. I used 100g of granulated monk fruit in place of sugar and it is delicious, whole family was licking the bowl. We'll now be having lemon curd on top of the pav!
Still making this great recipe after many years. Always turns out perfect. Sometimes double and process for few minutes extra.
So esy quick and delicious. Such a beautiful thick consistency...I used some of the curd to put in the centre of lemon cupcakes I was making. This will definetely be my go to recipe for lemo
n curd....5 stars, or better yet ... 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋!
Beautiful recipe, equal parts tart and sweet. I used Natvia in place of sugar and left the MC off while cooking (straining basket on top to avoid splashes) It was thick and creamy straight from the bowl. Perfect!
