- 1 Brown onion, quartered
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 Roasted Red Capsicum, skin and seeds removed, Fine to use from a jar
- 400 g diced tomatoes, tinned
- 150 g water
- 100 g cream
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 1 tbsp paprika, sweet
- 1 tbsp Basil (Dry)
- salt and peper to taste
1 tsp dried chilli flakes

Chop onion and garlic 5 sec/speed 5. Add anchovy and capsicum and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Add oil then sauté 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients, then cook 10 min/100 deg/speed 1. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
