Tip
For something different, you can make a 'zucchini slice pie' using a quantity of the rough puff pastry from the Everday Cookbook (picture above is slice with pastry).
For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon.

This was delicious! Big hit with the kids!
Great recipe thankyou
I added 60g thickened cream instead of oil and added dride herbs and garlic to the wet mix. Made a double batch and put half in muffin tins baked for 25-30 mins. Delicious recipe! 👌
Love this recipe thank you!
Yummy. Added vegie stock as per previous comments. Great for lunches and excess zucchinis.
So yummy, thanks Felicia81!
I made this for my family a clear winner and nicely paired with a salad will definately make again.
Mmmmm. Have this in the oven cooking. It smells delicious. I added some YIAH Veggie dip mix to it for seasoning. This recipe was quick and easy to follow.

I have often used the recipe just as posted. Always a winner! Today followed some of above recommendations to add whatever vegetables I have to make up the weight, and vegg stock paste... 🤞Saved in favs 😋
Deeeelicious! I have made this HEAPS of times and it is really easy to make. The only change I have made is that I whizz the veggies up a bit more than suggested for the benefit of my children. Thanks for sharing the recipe
