Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Silver beet leaves, Leaves only
- 2 Medium onions, Quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, Peeled
- 1 Medium fresh chilli
- 410 gram Tin whole tomatoes
- 350 grams Chargrilled capsicum
- 2 tablespoons TMX vegetable stock concentrate
- 500 grams water
- 200 grams chorizo
- 410 gram Tin brown lentils
- 410 gram Tin berlotti beans
- 1/2 bunch Mixed herbs. Eg basil, majoram, parsley, oregano, thyme

Chop silver beet in bowl 2-3 sec sp 5. Set aside.
2. Chop onion, garlic, herbs 5 sec sp 7.
3. Sauté 2 mins 100degrees sp 1.
4. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Chop 2 sec sp 3.
5. Sauté 2 mins 100degrees sp 1.
6. Add stock and water. Cook 13 mins 100 degrees sp 1.
MEANWHILE
7. Dice chorizo and fry in frypan in batches until crisp. Set aside on paper towel to drain.
8. Add beans, lentils, silver beet and chorizo and cook 3 mins "Counter-clockwise operation" sp 2.
Serve with fresh crusty bread.
