Love this recipe. The rice isn't completely cooked when you put it in the thermo sever but after the 10 mins, the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is perfect. I added chilli, olives and lemon wedges. Perfect 👌🏾
Found a bit bland and also the rice was too al dente...I had to heat it in the microwave to cook it a bit more
This was gorgeous, thank you,I added extra garlic and a little chilli.perfect
This is really nice. I was surprised that leaving the rice to sit caused it to absorb so much liquid as I thought I would have to cook it for longer. I think adding a splash of wine like another comment suggested would really add to the flavour.
Is the chicken supposed to shred?
