- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 medium brown onion, peeled
- 1 parsnip, medium to large
- 1 tablespoon vege stock
- 500 grams water
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 100 grams raw cashews

Add garlic, onion, parsnip to bowl and chop 7 seconds on speed 7. Add water, stock, spices and cook 15 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. Add cashews,cook further 4 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. Then puree 1 minute speed 10 (go slowly up to speed 10). Or leave it chunkier if you want by pureeing only for 10 or 20 seconds.

Tip
If you want to, saute the garlic and onion first, add 30 g olive oil or macadamia oil, saute 2 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. Then add other ingredients and continue.

Sadly myself and my husband didn't enjoy this, it tasted very flowery and reminded me of the Palma violet sweets you used to get.
It only made enough for 2 medium size portions so if you decide to make it I'd suggest you double up the ingredients.
