scrape down, add splash olive oil, cook 3 mins, 100, speed 1

This is a delicious soup. I used 2 carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, celery and potato and half a bag of spinach leaves that were hanging around in the vegetable drawer. (The spinach leaves did seem to give it a green tinge!). Will certainly make again

Hi, one yummy and hearty soup, Thanks for posting the recipe. I forgot to blend the vegies at the start, so 'zapped' them on speed 3 at the end for a few seconds. Still chunky, but easy to eat. I put freshly ground pepper in it to serve as it needed a little kick.

Great easy recipe. The water to veg ratio is perfect.

Delicious. Used 500g fresh veggies (potato, celery and carrot) and 200g frozen veggies because that was all I had. Blended to a smooth, creamy consistency.  tmrc_emoticons.)
