Ingredients
Pumpkin & herb doggy treats
- 275 g brown rice
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 60 g cheese, Cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 egg
- 150 g pumpkin, Steamed & puréed
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp milk powder

Place rice & flaxseeds in thermomix bowl. Mill 1 mins/speed 10. Place into a bowl.
Place cheese in bowl. Grate 10 secs/speed 6.
Add brown rice flour back into bowl with cheese.
Add egg, pumpkin, milk powder, rosemary & turmeric.
Mix 20 secs/speed 4.
Turn dough out onto thermomat. If dough is too sticky, add more rice flour. If dough is too dry, add a tiny bit more pumpkin.
Roll dough out (place baking paper or another thermomat over dough to prevent sticking to rolling pin) & cut shapes using cookie cutters.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 20 mins, flipping treats over after 10 mins. Cooking time depends on shapes used so watch to make sure the treats don’t burn.
Switch off oven, leave door slightly ajar & allow to cool in oven before serving or storing.
