Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Have been making these for years, is a staple in our house. Both husband and daughter think their allergic to vegetables and this is the only recipe that lets me smuggle in unnoticed. I will sometimes replace ham for salami, add parmesan as well as cheddar and add sundries tomatoes and mushrooms with the zucchini. Such a versatile recipe.
Absolutely delicious thank you. I used milk as I had no cream and added 1/2 tsp onion powder to the mix to help thicken. I'll be making these again.
Easy and so delicious!
Easy and tasty

I tried this recipe to check my new kithcen furniture and it is very tasty. It is easy to made and perfect for dinner.
So good! Everyone raved about them and so easy to whip up.
Loved these. I didnt have any cream and used milk, turned out great!
These are yummy! I doubled recipe and had a few additions (spinach (frozen, thawed and drained), feta cheese, parsely and cherry tomatoes).
Very very tasty
A serious flavour explosion. I was reading other comments, thinking, “seriously, it’s just quiche, it can’t be that good.” But oh my goodness, these are. I didn’t have any cream, so swapped for milk, and it worked great. I made 12 muffin size and 12 mini ones, and the ones we haven’t already devoured will be frozen for preschool lunchboxes.
