  • 120 grams cheese, cubed
  • 10 grams parmesan cheese cubed
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 spring onions white part only
  • 6 pieces bacon short cut frozen
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 100 grams olive oil
  • 400 grams zucchini cut into chunks
  • 5 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 140 grams Gluten Free SR Flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 160 degrees.

    Grate cheeses, sp 9 for 8 seconds. Set aside

  2. Place onion and spring onions in bowl and chop, sp 7 for 3 seconds.

  3. Add bacon and chop, sp 7 for 3 seconds. 

  4. Add 30g oil and cook, sp 1 for 5 minutes at 120 degrees. Scrape sides and cook for another 5 minutes, sp 1, varoma with the lid off this time.

  5. Add the 100g oil, flour, zucchini, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix sp 4 for 1 minute

  6. Line tray with baking paper and pour mixture in. Cook in oven for 45 minutes
