Absolutely delicious thank you
Ames87: add more oil and cook longer if needed. Recipe on cookidoo has 80 g oil. If your vegetables have a lot of water after grating put in steaming basket and press liquid out before adding back in. We bake until really golden on top not just edges.
I've tried making this twice and it always seems undercooked / soggy. What the actual heck am I doing wrong? Such a waste of time / energy 😫
Made this tonight 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 it was so easy & yummy 😋
Love this recipe. Halved mixture
Really great and easy
Terrific. I messed up by forgetting to take the chopped carrot and zucchini out before adding the onion etc, but still managed to get something decent. Great to take for lunch.
My wife made this on the weekend. It was magnificent !!
Didn't use bacon, and baked in silicon muffin tin, made 12
