Zucchini Slice
- 100 grams Tasty Cheese cubed
- 30 grams parmesan cubed
- 120 grams SR flour
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 carrot
- 3 zucchini
- 1/2 red onion, quartered
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp Veg Stock Concentrate

Grate cheeses 10 secs, speed 9. Set aside.
Chop zucchini, carrot & onion 3-4 secs, speed 5. Set aside with cheese.
Add flour, eggs, pepper & stock, mix 20 secs, speed 4.
Return remaining ingredients to bowl, combine for 30-40 secs, speed 3, reverse.
