Ingredients
Dutch Baby Pancake
- 30 g Butter
- 2 eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 70 g plain flour
- 100 g Milk
- dash vanilla extract
Berry topping
- 1 package blueberries
- 1 package strawberries
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar, optional
- icing sugar for dusting, optional
- Maple syrup, optional

- Preheat the oven to 200°C
Combine the eggs, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla 30secs/sp4. Scrape and repeat.
Meanwhile, place a 23-35cm skillet (cast iron if you have it, or oven safe either way) to heat up on the stove.
Place the butter in the pan and melt until sizzling.
Pour the batter over the melted butter and place into the preheated oven.
Bake for 15-20 mins until puffed and golden.
Remove the very hot pan from the oven and
serve immediately with the berries and syrup.
It will start to defalte on standing. This is normal.
Drizzle with syrup and dust with icing sugar before slicing and serving with the berry topping. - Combine all the ingredients (except the icing sugar and maple syrup) in a bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
