- 25 g sultanas, Washed in hot water and drained

- Weigh the milk, egg and vanilla to the TM bowl.
- and set 4 sec /speed 3
- Weigh in the self-rasing flour rolled oats, drained sultanas and raw sugar
- Mix for 4 seconds/reverse speed +4 scrape down and repeat if necessary.
- Pour portions straight from your Thermomix bowl into a medium/hot buttered frypan and cook till golden brown
